Kumbhalgarh Fort:
Bounded by lofty mountain ranges and massive entry posts, this fortress boast of a proud heritage of yester years. Prettily placed in strategic location this fort is often referred as the eye of Mewar. One among the great forts, this colossal formation encompasses secret passageways, gigantic walls, soaring watchtowers and curved defenders. Most alluring attraction in this Rajput strong hold is the presence of an inner fort within the precinct of the outer wall. The access to the fort itself is very much tempting; the crisscross road that goes through the vibrant meadows and woody forests is only the beginning of an enticing charm. This fort presents an array of other imposing attractions, whose magnificence is to be enjoyed at least once in a lifetime.
 

Kumbhalgarh Wildlife Sanctuary:
Endangered species like Cheetah, sambar, nilgai and leopard falls in the craggiest part of the Aravalli region. Apart from the vibrant wild life, this sanctuary poses a natural haven of the colourful avifauna like gray pigeons, red spur owls, golden orioles, gray jungle fowls, bulbus, parakeets, peacocks and doves. Park's wild life shelters animals like four horned antelope, hyena, sloth bear, jungle cat, chinkara, jackal, and the packs of wolves. Kumbhalgarh Sanctuary is the only one of its kind where wolf breeding has been successfully conducted. The park offers nice jungle safaris through the crisscross roads of the sanctuary.
