Holidaymine is an Online Holiday Marketplace started by former hoteliers which connects "You - Holiday buyers" with sellers of Hotels, Holiday Tours and Experiences directly in each location that     we currently list. You can view their offers and buy directly using 'Holidaymine' platform, same like you use Amazon or Flipkart.

Besides holidays we also bring to you travel advisories and Information on various known and unknown places via our blogs and articles.

 

2. What kind of holidays can I book from Holidaymine?

You can currently book Leisure Hotels, Tours, Weekend Getaways and Experiential holiday packages from Holidaymine

 

3. How does it help me to book my Holidays?

Holidaymine allows you to access the holidays and travel products of the thousands of sellers directly without the hassle of browsing through multiple sites. You can see and compare travel products for same location by different sellers to decide on your preferred choice and budget.

Holidaymine has all the relevant information and details available for you to identify and shortlist your choice of holiday and it also gives you all necessary terms and condition and details to make you're booking.

 

4. Can I customize a Holiday or an Experience on Holidaymine?

Yes you can easily customize a tour or holiday to suit your requirement, just send us a mail on ( bookings@holidaymine.com ) with the customization needed and your contact details and we will revert back with the updates. If you want a particular itinerary or holiday option for locations which we are not currently listing – just mail us on (bookings@holidaymine.com) with details and we will send you an obligation free quote as per your choice.

 

5. How do I book my holidays on Holidaymine?

You can browse through the site and select from the Holiday Option listed, shortlist your selection and our system will guide you to further refine your selection. Once you have finalized your holiday/hotel you have a choice of either directly booking it online or sending us the details for finalization.

As a startup we are growing and so will our systems, but we are committed and passionate to help you resolve every query you may have, just let us know we will always be available for you.

 

6. Who are the Holiday Sellers?

Holiday sellers are the Top Regional and Local tour specialists, guides, hotels and various experts of travel community who are fully familiar with their regional & local geographies and destination. We insist on working with the local travel community so that they remain the actual beneficiaries of the patronage of our clients and revenues are channelised back into local communities.

 

7. How can I trust the sellers with my holiday?

We put our combined experiences of over 25years in understanding and short listing our travel partners, we know travel industry personally and vet the potential sellers ourselves verifying their background, infrastructure, expertise level and reputation. We monitor their industry references, reviews from clients and evaluate their quality on regular basis.

Holidaymine remains committed to give users the RELIABLE and HASSLE FREE travel experience and we will always be with you "just a phone or mail away" Before, During and After the entire duration of your holiday.

 

8. What about travel arrangements like flight or train, do you book them.

If required by our guests; we do assist them in arranging the flight tickets once they have finalized any itinerary or tour. However we do not currently have any train or bus bookings facility. You may come across Bus Tours on Holidaymine, but these are complete tour itinerary in themselves and tickets are not sold separately.

 

9. Do I need to register with your site?

While it is not necessary to register with us, we do however insist on signing up with us because of many reason, chief among them are;

- You are among the privileged ones to know about any upcoming sale or discount we may have to offer.

- We keep you updated with the latest in the travel world on regular basis.

- We get to know you better and thus are able to offer you holidays of your choice and interest.

- And you benefit the most from our soon to be launched Rewards program

 

10. Is it safe to book online?

Booking holidays with Holidaymine is same as booking a flight or hotel online, fast, convenient and reliable, you can make part payment and reserve the package, the part payment may change with different packages or closer to actual travel dates. 

Services provided by Holidaymine.com match the services that guest encounter with traditional players, ours is only better, faster and time saving. You also stand the chance of getting exclusive online discounts in addition to any offer we may be running.

 

11. Price Protection Plan™

Holidaymine.com and Its affiliates work with a single focus of providing our clients with the most hassle free and reliable holiday experiences. Hence for the 01st time in Holiday Industry we are offering you a "Price Protection Plan™" for your Holidays.

- Our Price Protection Plan™ shields you from any currency fluctuation or domestic rate change, once your holiday is booked via part payment.

- Should the services or infrastructure promised to you in our Holidays not meet the desired level or any part of Holiday experience is not fulfilled, in such circumstance we will refund you the upto equal    value of that particular service.

 

12. What after I book my package online?

You will get an immediate online acknowledgement and confirmation via Email and/or SMS. For people booking within India Holidaymine representative will also follow up with you via a call to help guide you with further steps of booking and any question you may have for them, in addition to that they will assist you with making the balance payment.

 

13. What happens if my booking does not get confirmed?

Rare.......but there are cases where due to some unavoidable consequences or over booking situations, the booked hotel or holiday packages may become unavailable, under such a situation you will be contacted by our representative via Call or Email to explain about the non availability and you will be given a choice to decide an alternative dates or hotel/holiday options as offered by our representative. Should the suggested alternative not match your requirement, we will issue a full refund immediately.

 

Payments & Cancellations FAQ


1. How do I make payment?

Currently the guests have the option of making the payment using Bank Transfers like NEFT or RTGS and also Cheque or Cash*

Bank Transfers being the fastest of the lot, once the bank transfer is done, a screenshot of transaction will be enough for us to confirm the booking and hold it till payments get reflected in our account. We are a couple week shy from start of our Credit Card and Debit Card Payment Gateway, till then please bear with us.

 

2. Can I cancel or modify part of the Holiday or participants.

Yes, you can cancel or modify your booked holiday or hotels that are booked on Holidaymine platform by you, as long as they fall under the cancellation terms and conditions which are applicable to your booking and mentioned in your email confirmation in booking Caveats section.

You can also modify or do part cancellation of your holiday, as per the applicable terms. Please note additional incremental charges may apply as part of any modification or cancellation.

 

3. How long it takes for refund?

If all things are in Order, May be a week if payment is done via Bank Transfer, Cheque or Cash*, otherwise upto 14 days for Credit and Debit cards, since it gets routed via the Banks gateway.

 

4. Where can I check my cancellation policy?

Each booking done on Holidaymine carries its own cancellation Policy and guests can check the same on Holidaymine in the "Inclusion Section" along with the terms n conditions to be kept in mind for booking that holiday. The same policy is also featured and explained to you when you are about to make payment for your selected booking. Also your email voucher contains the Cancellation Policy. If you are still not sure about the cancellation policy at any point – we are just a call away.

 

5. Why is cancellation policy different for different Holidays?

Holidaymine works with thousands of sellers and holiday products, naturally each comes with its own booking procedures, limitations and terms. Having holiday specific Cancellation Policy ensures that our clients are aware of everything before they make the booking and it also gives them more flexibility to choose holidays as per their schedule and flexibility. Similarly each travel partner also has their own limitations when they are preparing the holiday so the Cancellation Policy may differ from one seller or hotel to other.

 

6. How can I cancel my Holidays?

Send us an email on (cancellations@holidaymine.com) or call us – with your booking Id no, in order to speed up the process please use the same email which was used for making the booking. Once we receive your cancellation request one of our representatives will call or mail you for verification. Post which the booking will be Cancelled and Refund process initiated.
