• 30 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour Cost
• 30 to 20 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour Cost.
• 20 to 10 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour Cost
• 10 to 05 days prior to arrival: 75% of the Tour Cost
• Less than 5 days prior to arrival or No Show: 100% of the Tour Cost
• No refund for any unused tour inclusions such as missed meals, tour as per Itinerary or Transportation.

• GST @ 5% will be applicable on the total bill.
• Prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
• Check Ins at all hotels are – between 12noon & 2Pm & Check Out time is – between 10am & 12noon
• As per Govt norm you are required to present your photo ID Proof such as Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter ID or Driving License at the time of Check in at the hotel. Pan Card is not accepted as proof of Identity in Hotels. Children must also carry an Identity card for Check Ins formality.
• Our offer is based on usage of base category rooms at the mentioned hotels (unless specified otherwise) and if this category of rooms is not available we shall try to confirm accommodation in next available higher category of rooms and shall advise supplementary cost involved while conveying the status.
• Vehicle and Transportation will be as per itinerary only and not at disposal.
• Refund on cancellation depends upon adherence to the given cancellation policy & terms.
• Supplementary charges will apply for booking falling during Long weekends, Public Holidays and Festival time such as Diwali, Christmas & New Year period.
• The Seller Reserves the right to change/modify or terminate the offer any time at its own discretion and without any prior notice.

• We keep the guest comfort as our prime priority and work in all possible manner and resources towards that, there are at times things beyond our control; hence
• Holidaymine & Its representatives shall not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to landslides, flight cancellations, weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances. The additional cost incurred will have to be paid in full by clients directly & will be in addition to the confirmed package cost.
• Any additional charges arising due to Local strike, Medical Emergency or Govt regulation will be billed additionally and will have to be paid in full by clients directly.
• If there are any Hike in entrance fees of monuments / museums, Taxes, fuel cost or guide charges – by Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra.

Malvan - Malvan is a fishing port town in Konkan region of Maharashtra. Malvan has got very nice sea-shore. But it is mainly known for famous "Sindhudurg fort" . Maratha king Shri Shivaji Maharaj built this fort on island of 'kurte' . Apart from the Fort, you can relax on the beaches of Tarkarli and Chiwla beach. These beaches are neat and clean and very less crowded. Just as the foreigners would love it. Also one more spot is the Rock Garden. One temple built by Jayant Salgaonkar is the Jay Ganesh temple where the idol is of Gold. Malvan is worth a visit and sight seeing can be completed in two days of time.

Malvan - Shopping is another great experience in malvan. Samant's masale, (Sainath masala Kendra),is the place where you have exclusive ranges of homemade Malvani Masale, kulith pithi, Sunday masala, fish fry Masala and kokani meva like Kokum, Cashew, Mango Products, 15 types of pickles, fruits squash...and much more. Shop is located in Somwar peth, Malvan.

Pune and Mumbai - Popular shopping destination. You can buy from brass statues, bags, slippers and many more items from here.

Money - The currency of India is Indian Rupees (INR). The currency exchange departments are present in almost every Indian city. You can also exchange your currency in 5 star and 4 star hotels, no other currency is valid except for Indian currency (INR).

Best time to visit: Between October to March is the best time to visit Dapoli.
