The closest railway station is Jammu Tawi, approximately 700 km from Ladakh. It is well connected to major cities like Delhi, Kolkata, and Mumbai. From Jammu, travelers can either take a direct flight to Leh or opt for a road journey via taxi or bus, which takes around two days with an overnight stop in Srinagar or Manali, depending on the chosenroute.
