• Cancellations received upto 30 days prior to arrival will be fully refundable
• Cancellation received between 30 days and 15days will be subjected to 10% of tour cost
• Between 15 - 10 days of departure: 35% of tour cost will be deducted.
• Less than 10 days or No Show will be subjected to 100% amount.
• Any Cancellation which is result of Natural or Political problem will be refundable, subjected to local suppliers approval.

• Check Ins at all hotels are – between 12noon & 2Pm & Check Out time is – between 10am & 12noon
• As per Govt norm you are required to present your photo ID Proof such as Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter ID or Driving License at the time of Check in at the hotel. Pan Card is not accepted as proof of Identity in Hotels. Children must also carry an Identity card for Check Ins formality.
• Our offer is based on usage of base category rooms at the mentioned hotels (unless specified otherwise) and if this category of rooms is not available we shall try to confirm accommodation in next available higher category of rooms and shall advise supplementary cost involved while conveying the status.
• Vehicle and Transportation will be as per itinerary only and not at disposal.
• Refund on cancellation depends upon adherence to the given cancellation policy & terms.
• Supplementary charges will apply for booking falling during Long weekends, Public Holidays and Festival time such as Diwali, Christmas & New Year period.
• The Seller Reserves the right to change/modify or terminate the offer any time at its own discretion and without any prior notice.

• We keep the guest comfort as our prime priority and work in all possible manner and resources towards that, there are at times things beyond our control; hence
• Holidaymine & Its representatives shall not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to landslides, flight cancellations, weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances. The additional cost incurred will have to be paid in full by clients directly & will be in addition to the confirmed package cost.
• Any additional charges arising due to Local strike, Medical Emergency or Govt regulation will be billed additionally and will have to be paid in full by clients directly.
• If there are any Hike in entrance fees of monuments / museums, Taxes, fuel cost or guide charges – by Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra.

Srinagar City - Srinagar is the summer capital of the state of Jammu and Kashmir. It is situated in the Kashmir Valley and lies on the banks of the Jhelum River. The city is famous for its Mughal gardens, lakes and houseboats. It is also known for traditional Kashmiri handicrafts and dry fruits.

Sonamarg - Also known as 'Meadow of Gold' is a beautiful flower-laden meadow in the majestic Himalayan mountain region. A town surrounded by breathtaking glaciers and serene lakes, located at a hefty altitude of 2,740 m above sea level. Sonamarg is the base camp for various trekking routes that lead to the Himalayan lakes of Vishansar, Krishansar, Gangabal and Gadsar Lake, stocked with Snow trout and Brown trout and Satsar, glacier-fed and surrounded by banks of alpine flowers. This is also an alternate route to Amarnath Yatra. Major attraction during the summer months is the Thajiwas Glacier.

Pahalgam - Pahalgam is a town located on the banks of river Lidder at an altitude of 7200 ft. from sea level. It is a famous hill station and popular tourist destination. The area holds a rich cover of vegetation and the dominant forest consisting of conifers. A number of treks in this region begin from Pahalgam, like the Kolahoi Glacier, situated up the Lidder Valley. The other important places are Betaab Valley and Aru valley noted for their scenic meadows, lakes and mountains. Pahalgam is also associated with the annual Amarnath Yatra. Chandanwari (2,895 m), is the starting point of the yatra.

Gulmarg - Gulmarg is a Hill station and a very popular Skiing destination. It is easily accessible from Srinagar by a 02 hours drive by car or bus. It is also very famous because of its "Gulmarg Gondola," one of the highest cable cars in the world, reaching 3,979 meters. Besides that, Gulmarg has the highest green golf course in the world and outdoor sports.

Kashmir is famous all over the world for its woolens and wooden handicrafts. Saffron, Shatoosh and Pashmina shawls, hand woven carpets, paper mache articles, walnut wood work, Kashmiri cewelwork, honey, pherans, brass, copper and silverware, almonds, saffron and fruits form the most important buys in Jammu and Kashmir. Srinagar guarantees the best shopping experience. The varieties it offers can be very overwhelming. Tourists are advised to look for painter paper mache boxes, Christmas tree, decorations, carved walnut wood souvenirs, cashmere and pashmina shawls. Carpets and Pashmina shawls are things not to be missed in Srinagar.
