Bhavnagar is an important city for trade with many large and small scale industries. Places to visit in Bhavnagar are Sarangpur Hanuman, Takhteshwar Temple, Lock Gate, Palitana Jain temples and Gaurishanker lake. Places to visit in Diu are Nagoa Beach, St. Paul's Church, Diu Museum and Diu Fort. From Diu you can proceed towards Sasangir the only wildlife sanctuary that houses the Asiatic Lion, the Gir National Park and Lion Sanctuary, is collectively known as the Gir Protected Area. It is also known as Sansan Gir. Later proceed towards Rajkot. On the way enroute visit Junagarh and Gondal.Visit Forts, Ashoka Rock Edicts and Maqbara in Junagarh. Later proceed to Gondal. Visit the heritage properties and experience the royal touch of the 19th and the early 20th century. From Rajkot we proceed towards Ahmedabad. It is the largest city and former capital of Gujarat. The administrative headquarters of the Ahmedabad district and the seat of the Gujarat High Court. Places to visit are Gandhi Ashram, Jumma Masjid, Teen Darwaja and the Hutheesingh Jain Temple.

On arrival at Ahmedabad railway station/airport you will be greeted by our Local Representative who will transfer you to Bhavnagar. On the way to Bhavnagar enroute visit Lothal. A perfect place to get an insight of the Indus Valley civilization. Later proceed towards Bhavnagar and in the afternoon do the local sightseeing of the city. Visit places like Sarangpur Hanuman, Takhteshwar Temple, Lock Gate and Gaurishanker lake. Check into the hotel. Overnight stay at Bhavnagar.

Bhavnagar - Palitana - Bhavnagar (Approx 60Kms One Way)

Post breakfast, proceed for an excursion to Palitana. Palitana lies at the foot of the Shetrunjaya hill, with the Shetrunjayariver flowing to its south. The savred hill rises in a crescendo of magnificent temples – 863 in all – that soar in marble splendour to the top of the hill. Return back to the hotel. Overnight stay at Bhavnagar.

Bhavnagar – Diu (Approx 200Kms/4Hrs)

Morning post breakfast, proceed towards Diu. Later in the afternoon local sightseeing of the city. Visit places like St.Paul's church, St.Thomas Church Museum, Diu Fort and Nagoa beach. Rest of the day is free for leisure. Overnight stay at Diu.

Diu - Sasangir (Approx 100Kms/2Hrs)

Post breakfast proceed to Sasan Gir the only wildlife sanctuary that houses the Asiatic Lion, the Gir National Park and Lion Sanctuary. You can find a Hyena, The Panther, Deer, Sambar, Spotted deer, Blue bull, Chinkara & the Chowsingha (four hornedantelope) alongwith the bear & the long tailed langur. Overnight stay at SasanGir.

Sasangir – Junagarh – Gondal – Rajkot (Approx 200Kms/4Hrs)

After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing of the city. Visit Kaba Gandhi No Delo (literally "Kaba Gandhi's house") and Rajkumar College. Later continue the drive to Ahmedabad. e to Ahmedabad. Check into the hotel refresh and visit the evening market of law garden. This evening market is packed with stalls selling glittering wares from kutch. Overnight stay at Ahmedabad.

Also for traditional Gujarati food you can try Swati Snacks it is situated near this market only.

This morning after breakfast proceed for the local sightseeing of the city. Visit the Gandhi Ashram, Jumma Masjid, Teen Darwaja and the Hutheesingh Jain Temple. Areas Covered

**Bhavnagar: **It is situated 198 km from the state capital Gandhinagar and to the west of the Gulf of Khambhat. Bhavnagar is always an important city for trade with many large and small scale industries. Alang world's largest ship breaking yard is located just 50 km away. Palitana Jain temples which is an important holy place for Jain's are situated just 56 km away from Bhavnagar. Velavadar national park situated just 42 km away and is home to endangered species like wolves, antelopes, blackbucks.

Diu: A Portuguese colony from 1539 to 1961, when the Indian government used military action to retake all the Portuguese enclaves. The old Portuguese churches and fort, local Hindu temples, the old Portuguese architecture in the town, beaches and sea shore.

Sasangir: The only wildlife sanctuary that houses the Asiatic Lion, the Gir National Park and Lion Sanctuary, is collectively known as the Gir Protected Area. It is also known as Sansan Gir. It is situated in the Junagadh district. Gir stretches with scrub and grassland, dry deciduous forest and some marshland. Besides lions, Gir harbors other wildlife such as antelope deer, leopards, hyenas, crocodiles, and jackals, along with a spectacular array of birds. Birds in the park include the Paradise Flycatcher, Bonelli's Eagle and Painted Sandgrouse.

**Rajkot: **Was the capital of the Saurashtra State from 15 April 1948 to 31 October 1956, before its merger with Bombay State on 1 November 1956. Rajkot has many historical landmarks and places to visit. The Jubilee Garden is a large, open park in the center of the city featuring many monuments from colonial times. Located prominently in the center of the garden is the Connaught Hall. Other notable points of interest near the garden include the historic Mohandas Gandhi High School, Kaba Gandhi No Delo (Mohandas Gandhi's childhood residence), Rashtriya Shala, Watson Museum,Rotary Dolls Museum, Lang Library , Rotary Midtown Library and Saurashtra Cricket Association Stadium.

**Ahmedabad: **It is the largest city and former capital of Gujarat. It is the administrative headquarters of the Ahmedabad district and the seat of the Gujarat High Court. With a population of more than 5.5 million and an extended population of 6.3 million, it is the seventh largest city and seventh largest metropolitan area of India. Ahmedabad is located on the banks of the Sabarmati River, 30 km (19 mi) from the state capital Gandhinagar.

Kutch: If you ever saw a woman in Indian Movie or Tourism video with waving dress with exquisite mirror work and a palate of colors on the dress, that is Kutch for you. Handicrafts and traditional artwork dominates this region of Gujarat state, Shawls from Camel wool, Heavy silver jewelry, wooden crafts – this region has it all. Main market is in Bhuj City while as nearby villages are also famous for their respective crafts.

Jamnagar: An array of colors in form of "Bandhani" like a turban with splashes of colors invites you to this region. Other than that all your handicraft like brass work, wood craft and nut crackers etc are focus here. By lanes of Chandi and Lindi markets are also a good for shopping.

Vadodra ( Baroda ): Another big and vibrant city of Gujarat, has everything ranging from handicraft to modern shopping locations in the city.
